USER AGREEMENT AND TERMS OF USE

1. Introduction:

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the blockchain system ("EL DORADO") that consists of a website, payment system, coins, tokens, gold-backed coins, and other technical products and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not allowed to use the Platform.

2. Definitions:


"User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the EL DORADO Blockchain or its services and Platforms, including but not limited to individuals engaging in transactions.
"Services" refers to the website, payment system, coins, tokens, gold-backed coins, and other technical products and services offered by the Platform.
"AML" refers to Anti-Money Laundering laws and regulations.
"KYC" refers to Know Your Customer procedures for verifying the identity of users.

3. Eligibility:

By using the Platform, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into this Agreement. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and possess the legal capacity to enter into contracts. You must comply with all local laws and regulations regarding digital assets, financial transactions, and any other applicable regulations.

4. Account Creation and User Obligations:

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

AML/KYC Compliance: As part of the Platform's commitment to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing, you agree to provide all necessary information for AML and KYC compliance, including government-issued identification and proof of address, when requested by the Platform.

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activities that may harm the Platform, cause financial loss to other users or businesses, or violate any applicable laws or regulations. These activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions..
  • Disruption or misuse of the Services.
  • Money laundering or financing illegal activities.
  • Engaging in any activities that may result in harm, loss, or damage to other users, the Platform, or third parties.

    • 5. Payment System, Coins, Tokens, and Gold-Backed Coins:

    Payment System: The Platform allows users to engage in transactions using its payment system. By using this system, you agree to comply with all terms related to financial transactions, including applicable fees and limits.

    Coins and Tokens: The Platform may issue digital assets, including coins and tokens, for use within the Platform. You acknowledge that these digital assets may fluctuate in value and that they are not legal tender. The Platform does not guarantee the value of any coins or tokens.

    Gold-Backed Coins: The Platform may offer gold-backed coins, which represent a digital asset backed by physical gold. You acknowledge that the value of these coins is tied to the price of gold and may fluctuate accordingly.

    6. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) Compliance:

    You agree to fully cooperate with the Platform in complying with AML and KYC laws and regulations. This includes providing accurate information about your identity, source of funds, and other requested documentation. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you fail to comply with AML/KYC requirements or if you are found to be engaging in suspicious or illegal activity.

    7. Security and Protection of User Data:

    The Platform takes reasonable measures to protect your personal and financial information. However, you acknowledge that no system is entirely secure and that the Platform cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for promptly notifying the Platform of any suspected unauthorized access.

    8. Restrictions on Use:

    You agree not to use the Platform for any purpose that:
  • Violates any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Results in harm, loss, or damage to other users, businesses, or the Platform.
  • Involves the use of automated systems to exploit the Platform's features, including but not limited to scraping, data mining, or unauthorized transactions.

    • 9.Limitation of Liability:

    To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to financial loss, loss of data, or business interruption.

    10.Indemnification:

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:
  • Your use of the Platform.
  • Your violation of this Agreement or any applicable laws or regulations.
  • YAny activities that cause harm, loss, or damage to other users or the Platform.

    • 11.Suspension and Termination:

    he Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if you violate any of the terms of this Agreement or engage in any activity that the Platform deems harmful or illegal. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Platform and forfeit any remaining balances or assets in your account.

    12.Changes to the Agreement:

    The Platform reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website, and you will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

    13.Miscellaneous:

    Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Platform regarding the use of the Services.

    Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

    Assignment: The Platform may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any third party, in whole or in part, at any time.
